Welcome to the registration process to become a member of the Hai Phong Tourism Association (HATA)! Below are the detailed steps to register online, the data you need to prepare, and the criteria to be met.

I. Membership Criteria

Before starting the registration process, please ensure that you meet the following criteria:

  • You are an organization, business, or individual operating in the tourism industry, including but not limited to: travel companies, hotels, restaurants, travel agencies, tourism service providers, tourism training and research institutions, etc.
  • You commit to complying with the regulations of the Association and contributing positively to the development of Hai Phong's tourism industry.
  • You have a valid business registration and operate in the tourism sector in Hai Phong or related areas.
  • You ensure service quality according to industry standards and are ready to improve your competitive capacity.

II. Steps for Online Membership Registration

  1. Access the Registration Page Open your web browser and visit the official website of the Hai Phong Tourism Association: https://hpta.vn/ Find and select the "Member Registration" section on the homepage.

  2. Fill in Personal or Business Information

    • Personal Information: If you are registering as an individual, provide your full name, date of birth, contact address, and occupation details.
    • Business Information: If you are representing a business, provide the company name, tax identification number, office address, field of operation, and related business license information.
    • Contact Information: Ensure you provide a phone number, email, and website (if available) for the Association to contact you when necessary.

  3. Provide Supporting Documents

    • Business license (clear scan or photo).
    • Professional certificates (if available).
    • Information about your tourism services (e.g., list of services, reputation, international or industry partnerships, etc.).
    • Other documents (if requested by the Association).

  4. Read and Accept the Terms Before submitting your registration, carefully read the terms and conditions of the Hai Phong Tourism Association. Accept these terms to continue the registration process.

  5. Submit the Registration Form After completing the form and attaching the required documents, click the "Submit" button. The system will send you a notification confirming that your application has been received.

  6. Confirmation and Approval After receiving your application, the Hai Phong Tourism Association will review your profile. If your application meets the requirements, you will receive an email confirming your official membership.
