Tourism Law No. 09/2017/QH14
Passed by the National Assembly on June 19, 2017, and effective from January 1, 2018. This law regulates tourism resources, product development, the rights and obligations of tourists, tourism businesses, and related organizations and individuals; state management of tourism.
